The Cultural Market in Avarua is a treat for all the senses.  The smells of fresh and cooking food, a cacophy of music and more than a splash of colourful clothing  - and colourful locals - make this a "must visit".   The market is held every Saturday near the harbour.   Cooks Island Bus will drop you off.
Oh, and don't forget to try the foot massage and the noni juice (freshly squeezed, totally organice)
The market is about as hectic as it gets on Rarotonga.  Back on Muri Beach life has its own pace....
